Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PanelMiner software and website. By creating an account or downloading the software, you agree to these terms. PanelMiner is a sole proprietorship (Eenmanszaak) registered in The Netherlands.
1. Nature of Service
PanelMiner provides software that automates cryptocurrency mining based on energy availability. We provide the tool, but we do not guarantee specific profits. Mining profitability depends on market conditions, hardware efficiency, and energy costs.
2. Hardware & Usage Risks
You use PanelMiner entirely at your own risk. Cryptocurrency mining places a heavy load on computer hardware.
- No liability for damage: PanelMiner is not liable for hardware damage including overheating, fan failure, reduced component lifespan, or fire.
- User responsibility: you are solely responsible for monitoring hardware temperatures, ensuring adequate cooling, and configuring safe settings.
- Safety features: our software includes safety aids (e.g. Max Temp Stop) but these are not fail-safe guarantees.
3. Subscriptions & Compensation
PanelMiner offers paid subscriptions to unlock additional features (e.g. Remote Rigs).
- Uptime: we strive for 99.9% uptime of our authentication servers.
- Compensation policy: if PanelMiner servers are offline for more than 24 consecutive hours, we may compensate users by extending subscription duration.
- Exclusions: no compensation for downtime caused by your internet connection, hardware failures, P1 meter issues, or third-party mining pool outages.
- Refunds: due to the digital nature of the service, all sales are final except at PanelMiner's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not use PanelMiner to mine on computers you do not own or have permission to use (botnets). Accounts suspected of illegal activity will be banned immediately without refund.
5. Referral Program
Referral rewards apply only once a referred user becomes a paying customer. Self-referral or fraudulent referral activity results in forfeiture of rewards and possible account suspension.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Disputes are resolved in the competent court of the Netherlands.
