PanelMiner respects your privacy and operates in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / AVG). This policy explains what data we collect and why.

1. Data We Collect

• Account info: email address and username (for authentication).
• Technical data: IP address and country (for security and region-based analytics).
• Mining stats: hours mined, estimated earnings, and hardware type (shown on your dashboard and leaderboard).
• Wallet addresses: the personal wallet address(es) you configure, used solely to direct your mining payouts.
• P1 meter data: real-time energy usage is processed locally on your PC. We do not store your historical energy consumption patterns on our servers — only aggregated mining results.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Provide access to the software.
• Display your statistics and leaderboard ranking.
• Prevent fraud and abuse.
• Send critical service updates (e.g. password resets, version alerts).

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore & Authentication). Wallet address writes and reads are handled through access-controlled backend functions rather than being freely readable by other users. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• View the data we hold about you.
• Request correction of incorrect data.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data ("right to be forgotten"). Contact support to initiate this.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We use secure authentication tokens to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising.
